At Range, our commitment to fostering thriving communities is driven by our employees and begins within the walls of our company, starting with the well-being of our employees and extending to the communities where we live and work.
To advance this commitment, Range has established civic engagement programs that are designed to have long-term positive impacts on organizations within our core operating footprint. The Range Corporate Partnership platform takes a long-term perspective and aims to build relationships with those who seek to enhance the standard of living in our community. This platform provides support through direct monetary investments, collaborations with our non-profit partners and employee volunteerism.
Over the years our corporate giving program has invested over $10 million into nonprofit and civic organizations in the areas where we operate, with over 10,000 employee hours spent delivering valuable resources and a helping hand to our local communities. On average, the company contributes to over 300 nonprofit organizations per year, serving a variety of needs.
Our employees and Board of Directors are members of a diverse number of leading local organizations, which helps us stay connected and enables to us to extend our support of the community.
